RETURNS POLICY
All watches can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping cost for non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer.
WatchCasa will handle shipping cost only in case of defective products within a period of 30days of sale.
Here are a few details you should keep in mind in case of a return:
1. Ensure the watch is not sized and has not been worn. All returns must have the original, non-damaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, protective plastic film, etc). Please do not return items in envelopes of any kind as these will not protect the item from damage during shipment. We suggest using UPS, DHL or other trackable and insured courier services. REMEMBER... you are responsible for the watch until it safely reaches our offices.
2. E-mail us at info@watchcasa.com within 14 days of receiving your watch to get a return authorization number from us (We call it an RMA number). If a package is delivered to our office without the RMA number easily visible on the outside, it will be refused by our receiving department.
Please Note:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Additionally, if a package is not received by the recipient within the specified time set by the courier company (ex. UPS) then it is automatically returned to WatchCasa as unclaimed. In this case all shipping costs will be deducted from the Refund.
